It has been maintained regularly and tuned recently. Appears to very well cared for. These old uprights once rebuilt can live a very long time if kept in a climate controlled environment . They are made of real hardwood and not particle board as today's pianos are (1980's and later). Includes matching bench. Location: Piano located in the greater Albuquerque area.
